Bell peppers, sliced 2
Onion, sliced 1 medium
Fajita seasoning 1 packet
Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1 cup
Sour cream (for serving) 1/2 cup
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish) As needed

Instructions:
