This chicken cordon bleu stromboli is a delicious and satisfying meal. The combination of tender chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese, all wrapped up in a flaky pizza crust, is a classic flavor combination.

Ingredients:

Refrigerated pizza crust 1
Cooked chicken breast, shredded 1 1/2 cups
Ham, thinly sliced 1/2 cup
Swiss cheese, shredded 1 cup
Dijon mustard 1/4 cup
Panko breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
Egg, beaten 1
Butter, melted 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Dried parsley 1 tsp
Salt and pepper To taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza crust: Roll out the refrigerated pizza crust onto the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread mustard: Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Layer ingredients: Layer the shredded chicken, thinly sliced ham, and shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the mustard.
  5. Roll up stromboli: Carefully roll up the pizza crust, starting from one of the longer sides, and pinch the edges to seal the stromboli.
  6. Brush egg: Brush the beaten egg over the top of the stromboli.
  7. Prepare breadcrumb mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the Panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the stromboli.
  8. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Serve: Let the stromboli cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
