Mushrooms (finely chopped) | 200 grams |
Oil | 10 ml |
Salt | 5 grams |
Lemon Juice | 10 ml |
Mozzarella (shredded) | 100 grams |
Instructions:
- Sauté Mushrooms: In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms and a pinch of salt. Sauté until soft and moisture has been released. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Prepare Chicken: If using whole chicken breasts, finely chop or grind them. Combine chicken with salt and lemon juice in a separate bowl. Mix until evenly seasoned.
- Assemble Rolls: Take a portion of seasoned chicken (about the size of a golf ball) and flatten in the palm of your hand. Place a small amount of mushroom and cheese filling in the center. Carefully fold chicken around filling, shaping it into a roll or ball. Repeat with remaining chicken and filling.
- Cook Rolls: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken rolls, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes). Cook in batches if necessary.
Serve: Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy as an appetizer, main course with a side salad, or in a sandwich.
