Instructions:
- Prepare Cake Batter: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and milk. Beat until well combined. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Prepare Caramel Layer: In a saucepan, combine caramel bits and 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Stir until melted and smooth. Add melted butter.
