| Garlic, minced | 3 cloves |
| Cabbage, chopped | 1 medium head |

| Beef broth | 3 cups |
| Diced tomatoes (with juice) | 28 oz can |
| Tomato sauce | 15 oz can |
| White rice, uncooked | 1/2 cup |
| Brown sugar | 2 tbsp |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Paprika | 1 tsp |
| Dried thyme | 1 tsp |
| Bay leaf | 1 |
| Salt and pepper | to taste |
Instructions:
- In a skillet, brown ground beef. Drain excess fat.
