Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Small flour tortillas 6
Corn, drained 1 can (15 oz)
Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup
Cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Green chilies, chopped 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
Salt and pepper To taste
Cilantro, chopped 2 tbsp
Lime juice 1/2 lime

Instructions:

  1. Prepare tortillas: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tortillas into 3-inch rounds. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until crispy.
  2. Make corn topping: Combine corn, cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green chilies, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble: Spoon corn mixture onto tortilla rounds.
  4. Bake: Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve: Squeeze lime juice and garnish with cilantro.
