Chicken thighs 4 (with bones and skin)
Garlic 3-4 cloves, minced
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Garlic salt 1 teaspoon
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese 1 cup grated
Baby potatoes 1 pound
Salt and pepper To taste
Fresh parsley Chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix minced garlic with garlic salt, paprika, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and salt/pepper to taste.
  2. Season the Chicken: Use half of the seasoning mixture to season the chicken thighs. Brown the thighs with 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat in a skillet for approximately 2 minutes on each side to achieve a golden look.
  3. Prepare the Potatoes: Place the baby potatoes into the slow cooker and season them with the remaining seasoning mixture.
