Refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts) 1 package
Large eggs 4
Milk 1/2 cup
Shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or Gruyere) 1/2 cup
Diced cooked bacon or ham 1/4 cup
Chopped vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers) 1/4 cup
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
