This delightful dessert combines the flavors of a classic apple pie with the fluffy texture of biscuits. It’s a perfect treat for any occasion, and it’s surprisingly easy to make.

Ingredients:

| Peeled and sliced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp) | 6 cups | 
| Granulated sugar | 1/2 cup | 
| Brown sugar | 1/4 cup | 
| Ground cinnamon | 1 teaspoon | 
| Ground nutmeg | 1/4 teaspoon | 
| Lemon juice | 1 tablespoon | 
| All-purpose flour | 1/4 cup | 
| Refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits) | 1 can | 
| Melted butter | 2 tablespoons | 
| Caramel sauce (optional) | 1/4 cup | 
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
 - In a large bowl, combine the apples, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and flour. Toss to coat the apples.
 - Spread the apple mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
 - Cut the biscuits into quarters and arrange them over the apple mixture.
 - Drizzle the melted butter over the biscuit pieces.
 - Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the apples are tender.
 - Let cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with caramel sauce, if desired.
