Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Cream Cheese (softened) 4 oz
Garlic Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika 1/4 teaspoon
Old Bay Seasoning 1/4 teaspoon
Pimentos (drained) 4 oz jar
Pimento Juice (reserved) 1 tablespoon
Yellow Onion (grated) 2 teaspoons
Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated) 2 cups
Kosher Salt To taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper To taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine Creamy Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix until smooth and well blended.
