Ingredient Quantity
Oyster crackers 1 (9oz) package
Butter 1 cup (2 sticks)
Brown sugar 1 cup
Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the oyster crackers evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Create the Caramel: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined and the mixture starts to boil.
  4. Boil the caramel mixture for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly.
  5. Coat and Bake: Drizzle the warm caramel over the oyster crackers, ensuring they are evenly coated. Sprinkle with salt.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 7-9 minutes, keeping a close watch to prevent burning.
  7. Cool and Store: Allow the caramel-coated crackers to cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, break them into clusters and store in an airtight container.
