Ingredient Quantity
Russet potatoes, washed and diced 4 large
Unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup
Ranch seasoning mix 1 packet (1 oz)
Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
Onion powder 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cups
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 cup
Bacon, cooked and crumbled 8 slices
Green onions, chopped (optional) 1/4 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare Potatoes: In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, melted butter, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
