Ingredients Quantity
Penne pasta 1 lb
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Cooked chicken, shredded 2 cups (leftover rotisserie chicken works well)
Alfredo sauce 1 jar (15 oz)
Whole milk 1 cup
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 1/2 cups (divided)
Grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup (divided)
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Onion powder 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Dried parsley flakes 1/2 teaspoon
Cooking spray For greasing the baking dish

Directions:
