Baked Caesar Chicken

Ingredients:

Caesar dressing 1 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/1/2 cups

How To Make Baked Caesar Chicken:

Step 1: Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 375F (190C) and lightly grease a baking dish (approx. 9×13 inch).

Step 2: Prepare Chicken and Sauce: For added tenderness, pound the 4 chicken breasts with a meat pounder to a 1-inch thickness. If using, mix the 1/2 cup sour cream and the 1 cup Caesar dressing together in a bowl to create the sauce.

Step 3: Season and Arrange: Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cover each breast with 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared casserole dish.

Step 4: Sauce and Top: Pour the Caesar dressing/sauce mixture over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of Parmesan cheese over the top.
