This decadent dessert combines the creamy richness of a sweet base with the tangy sweetness of strawberries and the indulgence of chocolate. It’s a perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Condensed milk 1 pack (395g)
Table cream 2 packs (approx. 200g each)
Milk powder 240 ml
Whole milk 200 ml
Strawberries 300g (very ripe)
Semi-sweet chocolate 200g
Chocolate sprinkles To taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cream:

    • Combine condensed milk, table cream, milk powder, and whole milk in a saucepan.
    • Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy.
    • Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  2. Prepare the Strawberries:

    • Wash and cut strawberries into small pieces. Reserve 100g for garnish.
  3. Prepare the Chocolate Ganache:

    • Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Assemble the Dessert:

    • Combine chopped strawberries with melted chocolate.
    • Spread chilled cream in a serving dish.
    • Pour strawberry chocolate mixture over the cream.
  5. Garnish and Chill:

    • Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles and garnish with reserved strawberries.
    • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
