Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Lean ground beef 1 lb
Bacon, chopped 4 slices
Onion, chopped 1 small
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Seasoned salt ½ teaspoon
Fresh ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
Ketchup ¼ cup
Shredded cheddar cheese ⅔ cup
Shredded Pepper Jack cheese ⅔ cup
Bisquick baking mix ¾ cup
Milk 1 cup
Eggs 2

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef and Bacon Mixture:

    • Cook bacon until crisp.
    • Brown ground beef in the bacon grease.
    • Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
