- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 12 small cubes of cheddar cheese
- 6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place a cube of cheese and a small amount of crumbled bacon in the center of each round.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal, forming a ball.
- Place the balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each ball with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley. Feel free to top with more crumbled bacon if desired.
