Ingredients:

| Granulated sugar | 1 cup | 
| Unsalted butter, melted | 1/2 cup |

| Baking powder | 1/4 teaspoon | 
| Salt | 1/4 teaspoon | 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
 - Combine oats and sugar: In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and sugar.
 - Add wet ingredients: Stir in the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well blended.
 - Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
 - Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
 - Bake: Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart to allow for spreading.
 - Cool: Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
