Ingredients:

| Cream cheese, softened | 1/4 cup |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 cup |

| Chili powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Cumin | 1/4 tsp |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 tsp |
| Salt and pepper | To taste |
| Cilantro, chopped | 2 tbsp |
| Lime juice | 1/2 lime |
Instructions:
- Prepare tortillas: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tortillas into 3-inch rounds. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until crispy.
- Make corn topping: Combine corn, cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green chilies, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
