For the Orange Syrup:

  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, sugar, eggs, orange zest, vanilla, and oil.
  4. Combine wet and dry: Gradually whisk dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  5. Add cranberries: In a separate bowl, toss cranberries with 1 tablespoon flour. Gently fold into batter.
