Ingredients:

Butter 1 tablespoon
Meat (beef, chicken, or pork) 500g
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Onion, diced 1
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Tomato, diced 1
Carrot, sliced 1
Green bell pepper, sliced 1/2
Tomato extract 2 tablespoons
Water 200ml
Pasta 200g
Mozzarella cheese 100g
Parsley, for garnish (optional) As needed

Instructions:
