1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp olive oil (or butter) Optional: ¼ cup all-purpose flour
For the Mushroom Sauce
2 tbsp unsalted butter 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour 1½ cups chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half) 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional) Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Topping
1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped
