Uncooked long grain white rice | 1 cup |

Mozzarella cheese, shredded | 3/4 cup |
Cheddar cheese, shredded | 3/4 cup |
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef until mostly done. Add onions and bell peppers; cook for 5-10 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic to the beef mixture and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
