Strawberry Mousse Recipe
This light and refreshing strawberry mousse is perfect for a summer dessert.

Instructions:

Make the Strawberry Puree:
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Cut strawberries into small pieces.
- Blend strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.

Bloom the Gelatin:
- Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
- Microwave for 10-15 seconds to dissolve completely.

Whip the Cream:
- In a large bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Combine Ingredients:
- Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream.
- Add dissolved gelatin and fold gently.

- Pour mousse into individual glasses or a serving dish.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
