Spicy pepperoni 6 oz
Diced roasted red bell pepper, jarred 1/2 C
Pepperoncini or banana pepper rings 1/2 C
Coarse ground black pepper 1/4 tsp
Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 C
Beaten 1 large egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare Pepper Mixture:
