Vegetable oil or melted butter | 1/2 cup |
Dried dill weed | 1/2 teaspoon (optional) |
Garlic powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Onion powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Cayenne pepper | Pinch (optional) |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, vegetable oil or melted butter, dried dill weed (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper until well combined and emulsified.
- Coat crackers: Add the oyster crackers to the bowl and gently toss them until they are evenly coated with the ranch mixture.
- Bake: Spread the crackers out in a single layer on a baking sheet, making sure they have a little room in between each cracker. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
