Ingredients:

Ingredients Quantity
Frozen Ravioli (5 cheese) 25 oz. (DO NOT THAW)
Ground Beef (or mild sausage) 1 lb.
White Onion, diced 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Pepper 1/4 tsp.
Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp.
Dried Leaf Oregano 1/2 tsp. (not ground)
Marinara Sauce (Rao’s) 24 oz.
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 8 oz. (2 cups)

Instructions:

  1. Brown the Meat:
    • In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion.
    • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
    • Keep a few tablespoons of liquid in the meat for moisture.
  2. Prepare the Slow Cooker:
    • Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  3. Layer the Ingredients:
    • Add half of the marinara sauce to the bottom of the slow cooker.
    • Place half of the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce.
    • Spread the cooked ground beef mixture over the ravioli.
    • Add the remaining ravioli on top.
    • Pour the rest of the marinara sauce over the ravioli.
    • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
