The first time I made slow cooker ribs myself, I worried they might turn out tough or dry. But the slow cooker made it foolproof. Hours later, the meat was so tender it practically fell off the bone, and the smell alone felt like a warm hug. From then on, these ribs became my go-to for family nights, casual gatherings, or cozy weekend dinners.
