Ingredients:

Chocolate cake mix 1 box
Instant chocolate pudding mix (4-serving size) 1 box
Eggs 4
Vegetable oil 3/4 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Sour cream, full-fat 1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Batter:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan or use nonstick baking spray.
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate cake mix and instant chocolate pudding mix.
    • Add the eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and sour cream to the dry ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and well combined.
  2. Bake the Cake:
    • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
    • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  3. Cool and Serve:
    • Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
    • Invert the cake onto a wire rack and cool completely.
    • Slice and serve! You can garnish with powdered sugar, chocolate ganache, or whipped cream (optional).
