| Instant chocolate pudding mix (4-serving size) | 1 box |
| Eggs | 4 |
| Vegetable oil | 3/4 cup |
| Milk | 1/2 cup |
| Sour cream, full-fat | 1 cup |
Instructions:
- Prepare the Batter:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan or use nonstick baking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate cake mix and instant chocolate pudding mix.
- Add the eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and sour cream to the dry ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and well combined.
- Bake the Cake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve:
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Invert the cake onto a wire rack and cool completely.
- Slice and serve! You can garnish with powdered sugar, chocolate ganache, or whipped cream (optional).
