Mix the Meatball Ingredients: In a large bowl, add 600 g of ground beef. Season it with 1 teaspoon of salt, a generous pinch of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, and 1 medium onion chopped into small cubes. Mix all the ingredients together very well until fully combined.
