Ingredients:

Onions, finely chopped 2
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Eggs 3
Flour 4 tablespoons (60g)
Salt 1 teaspoon (8g)
Ground red pepper 1 teaspoon (4g)
Black pepper 1 teaspoon (4g)
Vegetable oil For frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cabbage Mixture:

    • Finely shred the cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
    • Finely chop the onions and mince the garlic. Add them to the bowl with the cabbage.
    • Add salt, ground red pepper, and black pepper to the cabbage mixture. Mix well to combine.
