Sausage Ball Bites
Ingredients:

| Uncooked sausage (spicy optional) | 1 pound |
| Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained | 1 can (10 ounces) |
| Softened cream cheese | 8 ounces |
| Bisquick | 1/1/2 cups |
| Shredded Mexican cheese blend | 2 cups |
How To Make Sausage Ball Bites:
Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prep: Preheat your oven to 400F (200C). Grease a baking sheet.

Step 2: Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the 1 pound uncooked sausage, 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 1 can drained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, 1 1/2 cups Bisquick, and 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined and uniform.

Step 3: Shape into Balls: Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls, roughly 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
Step 4: Arrange and Bake: Place the shaped balls on the greased baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
