Roasted Parmesan Creamed Onions Recipe
This recipe creates a simple yet elegant side dish. The onions become incredibly tender and sweet while the cream sauce infuses them with rich flavor.

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare onions: Arrange the onion slices in a single layer in a parchment-lined baking dish. Try to keep the onion rings together as much as possible.
- Season onions: Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat cream mixture: In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and white wine. Heat over medium heat until the edges of the cream begin to simmer. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Add cream mixture: Carefully pour the cream mixture over the roasted onions.
- Top with cheese: Sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and bake: Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and return to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
