How To Make Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls:
Step 1: Prep Oven and Baking Sheet: Heat the oven to 375F (190C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Combine Filling: In a bowl, mix together the 3 cups stuffing, 3 cups mashed potatoes, 1 1/2 cups chopped turkey meat, and salt and pepper to taste. If the mixture does not hold together well on its own, add in Panko breadcrumbs as needed until the mixture is cohesive and easy to roll.

Step 3: Form and Bake: Form the mixture into evenly sized balls (about 1.5 to 2 inches in diameter), and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until they are browned and cooked through (or heated thoroughly if the ingredients were already cooked).
