Raspberry Dip

This recipe combines the savory flavors of cheddar cheese, pecans, and green onions with the sweet tang of raspberry preserves, creating a delicious and easy appetizer.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Sharp cheddar cheese, grated 2 cups
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Chopped pecans 1 cup
Green onions, chopped 1 cup
Raspberry preserves 2 cups
Round butter crackers 2 sleeves
Kosher salt To taste
Freshly ground black pepper To taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated sharp cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, chopped pecans, and chopped green onions. Season with a pinch of kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread the raspberry preserves evenly onto the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Carefully spread the cheese mixture over the raspberry preserves, ensuring it covers the preserves completely.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Garnish with additional chopped green onions or pecans, if desired.
  8. Serve warm with round butter crackers or other dippers.
