Oven-Baked Taquitos
Ingredients:

| Cooked and shredded chicken or beef | 2 cups |

| Ground cumin | 1 teaspoon |

| Salt and pepper | To taste |

How To Make Oven-Baked Taquitos:
Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prep Filling: Preheat your oven to 400F (200C). In a large bowl, combine the 2 cups shredded chicken or beef with the 1 cup shredded cheese, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Step 2: Prep Tortillas: Warm the 8 corn tortillas slightly in the microwave (a few seconds each) to make them more pliable and prevent cracking when rolling.
