Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease two 8×4 inch loaf pans.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and pumpkin: Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Then, beat in the pumpkin.
- Combine wet and dry: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on low speed until combined.
- Bake: Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 65-75 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
