Probably the tastiest meal I’ve ever cooked, it’s out of this world.

These Baked Bacon-Wrapped Tater Tots are the perfect combination of sweet, savory, and crispy. Frozen tater tots are wrapped in bacon, coated in a smoky-sweet brown sugar and chili powder rub, and baked to a golden, crunchy finish. They make an irresistible appetizer for parties, game days, or a fun snack for the family.

How To Make Baked Bacon-Wrapped Tater Tots:
- Prep Oven & Baking Sheet: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Make the Coating: In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and chili powder.
- Wrap the Tater Tots: Take a single tater tot and wrap it with a half slice of bacon. Secure the bacon in place with a toothpick.
- Coat & Arrange: Roll the bacon-wrapped tater tot in the brown sugar mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated on all sides. Place the wrapped tot on the prepared wire rack. Repeat this process with the remaining tater tots and bacon.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the tater tots are golden brown.
- Cool & Serve: Allow the tots to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
