Pizza Monkey Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

Refrigerated canned biscuits 32 ounces
Pepperoni 6 ounces, sliced
Mozzarella cheese 2 cups, shredded
Parmesan cheese ½ cup, grated
Butter ⅓ cup, melted
Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
Garlic salt ¼ teaspoon
Red pepper flakes Optional
Fresh parsley For garnish
Marinara sauce For dipping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and set it aside.

  2. Prepare ingredients: Cut the refrigerated canned biscuits into quarters. Slice the pepperoni pieces in half.

  3. Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, sliced pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and garlic salt. Toss until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  4. Transfer to pan: Transfer the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it out evenly.

  5. Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cover the pan with foil for the last 10 minutes to prevent excessive browning.

  6. Invert and garnish: Once baked, carefully invert the bundt pan onto a large plate to release the pizza monkey bread. Garnish with fresh parsley.
