Ingredients:

Crushed pineapple with juice 1 can (20 oz)
Sugar 3/4 cup
Eggs 2
Cornstarch 2 tablespoons
Vanilla 2 teaspoons
Butter, sliced into pats 1 1/2 tablespoons
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon

How To Make Pineapple Bake:

  1. Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prep Pan: Preheat oven to 350∘F (175∘C) and grease a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. Step 2: Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Top and Bake: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan. Top evenly with the 1 1/2 tablespoons butter pats and sprinkle the entire surface with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  4. Step 4: Bake: Bake for 45 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden and the center is set. Serve warm.
