How To Make Pineapple Bake:
- Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prep Pan: Preheat oven to 350∘F (175∘C) and grease a 9×9 baking pan.
- Step 2: Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Step 3: Top and Bake: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan. Top evenly with the 1 1/2 tablespoons butter pats and sprinkle the entire surface with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
