Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Onion, thinly sliced 1 large
Green Pepper, thinly sliced 1 large
Shaved Steak 1/2 pound
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon
Garlic Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt & Pepper To taste
Sweet Bread Buns 1 pack (12 count)
Provolone Cheese 6 slices
Melted Butter 1 tablespoon
Dried Thyme 1 teaspoon
Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Sauté vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. 1 Add onions and green peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.
  3. Cook steak: Add shaved steak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook, breaking apart the steak with two forks to prevent clumping, until no longer pink.
  4. Assemble sliders: Slice sweet rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Spread the steak mixture evenly over the bottom halves. Top with provolone cheese slices and then the top halves of the buns.
  5. Make butter mixture: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, dried thyme, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Brush and bake: Brush the tops of the sliders generously with the butter mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 17-20 minutes, or until the tops of the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve: Remove from the oven and enjoy!

I hope you enjoy these delicious Philly Cheesesteak Sliders!
