Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Creamy Peanut Butter 1 1/2 cups
Unsalted Butter, Softened 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar 2 cups
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 2 cups
Coconut Oil or Vegetable Shortening (optional) 2 tablespoons

  1. Prepare Peanut Butter Mixture: Combine peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Roll into 1-inch balls and freeze for 20-30 minutes.
