Oven Roasted Smoked Sausage and Potatoes

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Smoked turkey sausage 1 lb
Onion 1 large
Baby red potatoes 6
Baby golden potatoes 6
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Fine sea salt 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Smoked paprika 1 teaspoon
Cajun spice 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Baking Sheet:

    • Line a large baking sheet with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Prepare Ingredients:

    • Cut sausage into large chunks.
    • Chop onion into large chunks.
    • Wash and pat dry potatoes.
    • Cut potatoes in half.
