Oven Baked Cheesy Corn and Spinach Casserole

Cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese, grated 1 cup
Heavy cream 1 cup

Butter 2 tablespoons

How To Make Oven Baked Cheesy Corn and Spinach Casserole:

  1. Prep Oven & Skillet: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium-sized baking dish with butter. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: Add the diced onion and garlic, sautéing until softened and fragrant. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Then, stir in the sweet corn kernels and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
