Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown meat and onion: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion. Drain any excess grease.
- Combine ingredients: Add ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
