Easy Corn Souffle Recipe
Ingredients:

| Whole kernel corn, drained | 1 can (15.25 oz) | 
| Creamed corn | 1 can (14.75 oz) | 
| Sour cream | 1 cup | 
| Unsalted butter, melted | 1/2 cup | 
| Corn muffin mix | 1 package (8.5 oz) | 
| Large eggs, beaten | 2 | 
| Shredded cheddar cheese (optional) | 1/2 cup | 
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
 - Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well.
 - Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in corn muffin mix and beaten eggs until just combined. If using, fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
 - Bake: Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
 - Serve: Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
