Red food coloring 15 drops
Yellow food coloring 15 drops

For the Dessert:

Hydrated sago pearls 240 milliliters
Heavy cream 1 cup
Sweetened condensed milk 395 grams
Table cream 2 packs (approximately 400 grams)

Instructions:

Prepare the Jelly:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, sugar, and gelatin powder. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts.
  3. Color each part with red, yellow, and green food coloring, respectively.
  4. Pour each colored mixture into separate dishes and chill until set.

Assemble the Dessert:
