Large radishes 2-3 bunches
Butter, melted ⅓ cup
Salt 1 ½ teaspoons
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper Pinch
Cilantro or parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven & Prep Radishes: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the radishes thoroughly and discard the greens. Slice each radish in half lengthwise, from root to stem.
