Ingredients:

Corn, husked 4 ears
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup

Lime, juiced and zested 1

Chipotle chili powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Corn:

    • Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill husked corn for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
