Potatoes 8

Hot sauce 6 tablespoons
Grated cheese 2 cups
Crumbled bacon 1 cup
Diced green onion 1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
  3. Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the bowl, tossing to coat.
  4. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  5. Add the potatoes to the prepared dish, leaving any excess sauce in the bowl.

  8. Once the potatoes are cooked, add the uncooked marinated chicken to the baking dish.
  9. Spread the cheese, bacon, and green onion mixture over the chicken.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
